The Club at Coco Bay

Located within the development of Coco Bay Estates, this luxury 10,000-square foot facility opened in 2011. The CRDG team segregated the property, managed all aspects of the development from raw land to permits to completion. Today this is a fully operational private tennis & fitness club managed day-to-day by CRDG. The club currently has over 150 members who enjoy the facilities. Diamante Eco Adventure Park

Acquired 700 acres parcel that was sub-divided by CRDG in 2014. The CRDG team designed, permitted, built and opened a world class Eco Adventure Park in under 24 months. Vista Ocotal

Located in Playa Ocotal, Costa Rica, Vista Ocotal consists of 50 units; including one, two, three, and four bedroom villas. CRDG spent three years resolving complex issues associated with land ownership, permitting, use of land, bank, trust and previous owner financial challenges. Segovia Luxury Condominiums

CRDG developed a beautiful 150 acre parcel into a luxury development to include residential and commercial properties.   Our team sub-divided the property, permitted for multi-family development and completed “raw land to finished product” including 33 Luxury ocean view condominiums. The project included the need to navigate difficult terrain in order to maximize the best ocean views within in the area. This development was featured on the popular show House Hunter’s International.

Coco Verde Hotel and Casino

CRDG led the acquisition of the largest commercial property located on the main street in Playas Del Coco. The team viewed this as a turnaround opportunity. CRDG successfully streamlined operations, renovated the entire facility and sold the upgraded property as planned.

La Punta

La Punta is a 30-acre peninsula located across from the Four Seasons that was purchased for $25 million in 2008. It is part of the Instituto Costarricense de Turismo (ICT) family of properties in Costa Rica requiring advanced compliance and detailed tourism related requirements. We provided asset management services and managed all aspects including the liquidation of the asset to a 3rd party in 2014.

Sugoi Mexican & Asian Cuisine

The CRDG team utilizing its strength in hospitality, food and beverage and management is responsible for bringing a new full service restaurant to the area. The commercial space located within The Club at Coco Bay was redesigned by our team with a major upfit managed by CRDG. The CRDG team is working with a leading architectural firm to design a new beachfront hospitality venue. The CRDG team is leading the project in all aspects from concession land, design, permitting, construction management and the ongoing day to day operational management. This exciting new project will serve the needs of locals, tourists, as well as, groups and events.

Breathe

CRDG is excited to introduce Breathe.
