Segovia Luxury Condominiums


Located within Coco Bay Estates, our team sub-divided the property, permitted for multi-family development and completed “raw land to finished product” 33 Luxury Ocean View units. The project included a very complicated need to navigate difficult terrain in order to maximize the best ocean view units in the area. This development was featured on the popular show House Hunters International.

Coco Verde Hotel and Casino


CRDG led the acquisition of the largest commercial property located on the main street in Playas Del Coco. The team viewed this as a turnaround opportunity. CRDG successfully streamlined operations, renovated the entire facility and sold the upgraded property as planned.

The Club at Coco Bay


Located within Coco Bay Estates, this multi-milllion 10,000-foot facility opened in 2011. The CRDG team segregated the property, managed all aspects of the development from raw land to permits to completion. Today this is a fully operational private club managed day-to-day by CRDG. The club currently has over 150 members who enjoy the facilities daily. La Punta is a 30-acre peninsula located across from the Four Seasons that was purchased for $25 million in 2008. Diamante Eco Adventure Park


Diamante is a 700 acre parcel that was sub-divided by CRDG in 2013. 100 acres of Diamante will be the future home of Diamante Eco Adventure Park – DEAP located immediately adjacent to RIU Resorts, Central America’s largest newly opened resort with over 1,300 rooms. Purchased by Varde for over $25 million in 2008, CRDG was hired in 2009 to provide asset management services for the property and purchased the property in 2014.
